  6. Investigate and troubleshoot user-reported issues, open Salsify and retailer support tickets as needed, and work across different teams and users to resolve them.
  7. Track hours utilization and project progress, identifying and addressing concerns or issues early on to mitigate potential escalations or renewal risks.
  8. Keep team members, leadership, and clients appropriately informed on progress and challenges related to your client book.
  9. Identify opportunities with clients to add services or features in Salsify, helping to grow our partnership and support our sales team's efforts to expand contracts.
  10. Work cross-functionally with our Salsify Partner Success Manager, the commercial team, and our account management teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  11. Support our commercial team on renewal calls to assist with contract scoping and discovery for your clients.
  12. Partner effectively with other account team members and work collaboratively to understand their contributions to the project, identify areas of overlap, ensure efficient processes, and communicate clearly to set one another up for success.
  13. Contribute to the growth of our Salsify architect team by actively proposing ideas for process improvement, engaging in meetings, and sharing knowledge across the team.
  14. Take initiative to find resources and training opportunities to continually learn and enhance your skills as new features in Salsify become available.
Requirements

  • Strong project management skills and experience managing multiple client projects at once.
  • Comfortable being customer-facing and strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, aiming to anticipate client needs and potential issues before they arise, while taking initiative to recommend and provide solutions.
