Job Title: Professional Services RepresentativeJob Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Professional Services Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will provide executive-level administrative support and assistance to clients and internal departments. Your primary responsibilities will include managing project correspondence, coordinating meetings, and ensuring timely billing of sales POs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide overall administrative support and assistance to clients and internal departments.
  • Assist in managing project correspondence between the sales team, clients, and internal departments.
  • Work closely with the Graphics and Shipping Departments to ensure accurate delivery and inventory POP needed for client site training.
  • Work with the Accounting Department to ensure timely billing of Sales POs.
  • Gather requirements to enter order requests to meet the client's expectations.
  • Learn to use the Jira ticketing system, follow processes to request data reports, and enter graphics and equipment requests.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings between our clients and the sales team.
  • Monitor projects using project management tools and provide updates on the status of active projects.
Requirements
  • Associate Degree or a minimum of 3 years of work experience in providing executive administrative assistance.
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, good recordkeeping, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and have excellent grammatical, spelling, and editing skills with the ability to compose clear and compelling business correspondence.
  • Must have a professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with other departments in the company.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office software (MS Word, Excel) and quickly learn to utilize KRS proprietary software.
