Job Title: Senior Construction Services Professional

STRATA is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Construction Services Professional to join our team in Twin Falls, Idaho. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert construction services, including field and laboratory testing and inspection services, to ensure that construction projects are completed according to the provided guidelines.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct field and laboratory testing and inspection services to document that construction is being completed according to the provided guidelines.
  • Develop and implement quality control and quality assurance procedures to ensure that construction projects meet the required standards.
  • Collaborate with contractors, building officials, and local civil engineering design firms to ensure that construction projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior staff members to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements:
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work variable hours and overtime as required.
  • Ability to pass a drug and alcohol screen.
