Requirements:

What You'll Bring:

What You'll Achieve:
  • Complete Atkore immersion and lead a large Kaizen event within 3 months.
  • Gain a solid understanding of current transformational activities and drive changes to strategy within 6 months.
  • Be completely accountable for all results from raw material receiving to finished goods shipping within 12 months.
