Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Data Analytics Team: Manage and mentor a team of data analysts and engineers to deliver high-quality data insights and analytics solutions.
  • Develop Business Intelligence Solutions: Design and implement business intelligence solutions to support business decision-making, including data visualization, reporting, and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams, to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
  • Manage Data Engineering Projects: Lead data engineering projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree: Master's degree in Engineering Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or business intelligence, with a strong background in SQL, data modeling, and data visualization.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI), and cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
