- Proven data warehousing principles, architecture, and implementation in large environments
- Proven knowledge of different data modeling techniques, such as Star Schema, Dimensional models, and Data Vault
- Experience in code lifecycle management and repositories, such as GIT and GitHub
- Experience working with Airflow
- Practical experience of developing solutions hosting within key major cloud providers, such as OpenShift, Kubernetes, AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure
- Experience working with Snowflake
- Experience developing optimized data models for Viz tool, such as Tableau, and PowerBI
- Exposure and experience in other programming languages, such as Python, Spark, etc.
- Understanding of United States Healthcare data and applicable regulations
- Experience writing and executing functional specifications
- Experience working with and analyzing healthcare administrative, medical, or pharmacy claims data to support downstream applications, data marts, and end users
- Analytical approach to problem-solving
- Excellent time management, communication, decision-making, and presentation skills
- Display a solid desire to achieve and attain high levels of both internal and external customer satisfaction
- Solid experience of operating in a quickly changing environment and driving technological innovation to meet business requirements
- Proven track record of building relationships across cross-functional teams
- Initiative-taker, with grit and ability to solve problems without management oversight
