Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Exeter Center in Exeter, NH. As a RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients and residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop effective care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise their implementation to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Communicate patient information effectively with assigned staff and between shifts to ensure continuity of care.
Exeter Center is a 81-bed facility located in the heart of Exeter, NH, offering a range of services including short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and respite care. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our patients and residents, and we are committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications:- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of NH.
- CPR certification required.
- One to three years of experience working as a RN in a related setting preferred.
