Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse - RN to join our team at Exeter Center in Exeter, NH. As a Registered Nurse - RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients and residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop effective plans of care in collaboration with the nursing team and other disciplines.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of care.
- Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks and interventions are implemented effectively.
- Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

Qualifications:- Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.

- One to three years of experience working as a RN in a related setting is preferred.
