Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse - RN to join our team at Exeter Center in Exeter, NH. As a Registered Nurse - RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Job Summary:The Registered Nurse - RN will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to develop effective care plans. This is a part-time position, with evenings and nights available.
Responsibilities:- Perform nursing assessments and develop effective care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks are implemented.
- Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.
- Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
- CPR Certification is required.
- One to three years of experience working as a RN in a related setting is preferred.
