We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse - RN to join our team at Exeter Center in Exeter, NH. As a Registered Nurse - RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Job Summary:The Registered Nurse - RN will be responsible for providing direct patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and promoting a culture of excellence and compassion. This is a part-time position with a competitive hourly rate of $48.00.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop effective care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
- Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure high-quality care.
- Communicate patient information effectively with the healthcare team and between shifts.
Exeter Center is a 81-bed facility located in beautiful Exeter, NH, offering short-term rehabilitation services, long-term care, and respite care. We pride ourselves on providing a supportive and inclusive work environment, with opportunities for career growth and development.
Qualifications:- Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
- CPR Certification is required.
- One to three years of experience working as a RN in a related setting is preferred.
