Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Procurement Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless procurement of materials and services necessary for our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate accurate purchase orders within authorized limits for raw materials, components, finished products, equipment, and services to meet internal demands.
- Evaluate and negotiate standard contract terms, collaborating with legal counsel as needed to finalize agreements and statements of work.
- Identify optimal suppliers by issuing requests for quotes and thoroughly analyzing supplier responses.
- Establish terms and accounts with new suppliers, ensuring accurate data entry for onboarding into CFS systems.
- Monitor and manage open orders with suppliers to guarantee timely product delivery.
- Address invoice discrepancies and ensure prompt vendor payments.
- Comply with all supply chain policies, procedures, and guidelines, particularly regarding material procurement and export compliance.
- Process purchases based on MRP and project requests, adhering to departmental protocols.
- Provide consistent, clear, and timely updates to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- 0-2 years of experience in Procurement or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong relationship-building abilities
- Capacity to prioritize and execute tasks effectively
- High level of integrity
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to perform well under pressure
- Sound judgment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in an industrial environment with potential hazards such as heat, noise, and high voltage.
