Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated individual to enhance our team, someone who values collaboration, contributes diverse perspectives, and approaches problem-solving with creativity. The ideal candidate will possess skills and experience relevant to this role.

Key Responsibilities
As a Procurement Coordinator, you will:
  • Create accurate purchase orders within authorized limits for raw materials, components, finished products, equipment, and services to meet internal customer needs.
  • Review and negotiate standard contract terms, collaborating with legal counsel as necessary to finalize agreements.
  • Identify optimal suppliers by issuing requests for quotes and analyzing supplier responses.
  • Establish terms and accounts with new suppliers, ensuring proper data entry for onboarding into CFS systems.
  • Monitor and manage open orders with suppliers to guarantee timely product delivery.
  • Address invoice discrepancies and ensure timely vendor payments.
  • Comply with all supply chain policies, procedures, and guidelines, including those related to procurement, intellectual property, and export compliance.
  • Procure materials based on MRP and project requests, adhering to departmental protocols.
  • Provide consistent, clear, and timely updates to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
  • A High School Diploma.
  • 0-2 years of experience in Procurement or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Strong relationship-building abilities.
  • Capability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively.
  • Integrity and strong customer service skills.
  • Remarkable problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure.
  • Excellent judgment.

Preferred Qualifications
Additional experience and qualifications that are advantageous include:
  • A Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Experience working in environments with industrial hazards such as heat, cold, noise, fumes, strong magnets, lead, high voltage, high current, pressure systems, and cryogenics.
