Key Responsibilities- Facilities Management: Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of our facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
- Guest Satisfaction: Ensure that our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and comfort, and that our guests have an exceptional experience.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of maintenance and engineering staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
- Budgeting and Cost Control: Assist in the development and management of budgets for facilities maintenance and repairs, ensuring that costs are controlled and resources are allocated effectively.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that our facilities comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, and that our team is aware of and adheres to these requirements.
- Education: Associate's degree in a related field, such as facilities management, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in facilities management, maintenance, or a related field, with a strong background in supervisory or management roles.
- Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications, and to write reports and business correspondence.
- Certifications/Licenses: Trade license preferred, with a strong understanding of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry trades.
