Job Description:
  • This position involves working closely with our Clinical Supervisor, Licensed Behavior Analyst, and Speech and Language Pathologist to develop and implement effective treatment plans that promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction.

In this role, you will work directly with clients, their families, and multidisciplinary teams to provide tailored support and education. Your expertise will contribute significantly to ensuring seamless delivery of services and fostering meaningful relationships within our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and colleagues to ensure consistent communication and coordination of care.
  2. Support clients in developing and achieving personalized treatment goals through ongoing data collection, analysis, and goal setting.
  3. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement targeted interventions that address diverse needs and preferences.
  4. Contribute to creating a culture of learning and growth within the organization by participating in regular training sessions and workshops.
