About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Surgical Technician to join our team at Providence Surgery and Procedure Center.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for scrubbing for surgical procedures, demonstrating competence in their role as a member of the surgical team, and preparing and maintaining supplies, instruments, and equipment related to these procedures.

Salary and Benefits

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $23.34-$37.14 per hour. In addition to a generous compensation package, we offer a comprehensive benefits program that includes medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, paid time off, 401(k) retirement plan, and more.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Completion of a Surgical Tech program
  • Registration in the state of Washington
  • At least 1+ years of Surgical Tech experience
  • Previous experience in an ambulatory surgical center (strongly preferred)
  • BLS certification
  • A strong knowledge of surgical procedures and management of the surgical patient
  • An understanding of aseptic techniques and their implementation
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing conditions
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
