Bartender - Cathedrale New York

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Cathedrale New York. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a wide range of cocktails and beverages to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Anticipate and accommodate the needs of our guests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional service, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Present menus and answer questions about food and beverage items, making recommendations as needed.
- Inform guests of food and beverage specials, including prices.
- Solicit allergy and dietary restrictions from guests and ensure that their needs are met.
- Enter orders accurately into the POS system and follow proper cash and payment procedures.
- Ensure the delivery of food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar and surrounding areas.
- Follow supervisor's instructions and communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
- 1-2 years of professional beverage experience.
- Previous bartending experience.
- Experience in a high-volume restaurant or nightclub environment.
This role requires the ability to stand, lift, and bend for extended periods. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and remain focused under pressure. A flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.
