Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel to various locations as needed to support our branches and departments across the designated area.
  • Be available for work when called upon, especially during peak times such as holidays, and to cover for unplanned absences.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
  • Greet clients, assess their needs, and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.
  • Manage the main telephone switchboard, assisting callers by transferring them or taking messages as necessary.
  • Familiarize yourself with company locations, operating hours, contact numbers, and key personnel to efficiently address routine inquiries.
  • Prepare various documents including memos, correspondence, and reports as required.
  • Support the team with daily operational tasks as requested.
  • Assist with copying and other administrative projects.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Comply with all relevant federal regulations regarding Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to travel to multiple locations as required.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting.
  • Frequent walking to interact with colleagues and deliver materials.
  • Assisting clients with mobility challenges.
  • Regular operation of office equipment.
  • Maintaining and organizing supplies, which may involve lifting and reaching.
  • Preparing refreshments for clients.
Work Environment:
  • Standard office setting.
  • Reception area may experience varying temperatures throughout the day.
Required Skills and Competencies:
  • Outstanding customer service abilities.
  • Strong telephone communication skills.
  • Dependability and adaptability are essential.
Preferred Skills:
  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Word and Excel.
