About the Position

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at Pinnacle Rehab Therapy Centers. As a Physical Therapist in our Skilled Nursing Facility, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and provide high-quality care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with a variety of physical therapy needs
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient goals and objectives
  • Provide hands-on therapy sessions, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions to promote patient progress
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and develop comprehensive care plans
Requirements
  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state
  • Ability to work part-time hours, with flexibility to choose own schedule
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment
