- Ability to travel to different locations within the specified area.

- Assisting clients, including those with mobility challenges, as they enter and exit the facility.
- Regular operation of office equipment, including copiers and fax machines.
- Maintaining and organizing supplies, which may involve lifting and reaching.
- Preparing refreshments for clients.
- Standard office setting.
- The reception area is near the main entrance, which may result in temperature fluctuations throughout the day.
- Outstanding customer service abilities.
- Excellent telephone communication skills.
- Dependability and flexibility are essential.
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Word and Excel.
