Program Highlights- Mentors are paired with students based on their professional aspirations, personal interests, and academic focuses.
- Mentors receive training on relationship building, anti-racism, situational support, and career coaching.
- Quarterly data collection through surveys and check-ins with TVP team members ensures mentors are held to high standards.
- Students are paired with two mentors, a peer and senior mentor, to provide a comprehensive support system.
