About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to blend your instructional design skills with videography expertise to produce engaging video-based training and educational content. You will work closely with subject matter experts to identify learning needs and translate them into effective instructional content.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop instructional materials for various learning formats, including e-learning, video tutorials, animation, presentations, and blended learning.
- Lead the production and editing of video-based training modules.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning needs and translate them into engaging and effective instructional content.
- Implement instructional strategies, such as simulations, job aids, role-playing, and interactive modules, to enhance the learning experience.
- Manage the end-to-end process of video creation, including scripting, filming, and post-production.
- Ensure all materials adhere to adult learning principles and align with company goals and brand standards.
- Optimize content for multiple platforms (LMS, mobile, web).
- Work closely with internal teams to update training materials as needed.
- Stay current with industry trends in instructional design, e-learning, and videography.
- Utilize feedback and data to continuously improve training materials and learner engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Communications, or a related field.
- Adaptable to shifting priorities.
- Experience with graphic design, animation, and photography preferred.
- Proven experience in instructional design and curriculum development.
- Strong videography skills, including storyboarding, filming, and video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.).
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools (e.g., Absorb).
- Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design models.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
