We are seeking a highly skilled Gastroenterology Staff Physician to join our team at the University of Miami Health System. As a key member of our medical staff, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the advancement of medical knowledge in the field of gastroenterology.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct outpatient care to GI patients at the Uhealth Doral Location
- Perform outpatient clinical and endoscopic services for patients requiring gastroenterology/hepatology services or screening procedures
- Maintain outpatient and endoscopic procedures at Uhealth Doral
- MD/DO degree
- ACGME US Internal Medicine residency
- Board Eligibility/Board Certification in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology
- Valid unrestricted Florida Medical License or eligibility to apply
- Ability to provide prerequisite case logs for procedures for prior two years for credentialing
- Knowledge of and ability to apply professional medical principles, procedures, and techniques
- Current BLS certification and ACLS
- Valid DEA licensure
