About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our team as Senior Vice President of Commercial Excellence. This role will be responsible for driving growth through the development, deployment, and evolution of our Business System (RBS) across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with key business leaders to drive continuous improvement culture through establishing standards and ensuring effective problem-solving skills.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve organizational skill sets across commercial functions for all divisions.
  • Act as a thought partner and collaborate on the overall architecture of Continuous Improvement programs with a focus on Commercial Excellence culture, process, and tools.
  • Lead by example and demonstrate company core values.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field, with an MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of related work experience in progressively responsible leadership roles, including those in Continuous Improvement, Sales and Marketing, Product Line Management, Strategy, and General Management with P&L responsibilities.
  • Experience with Lean transformation and rollout across multiple businesses with a global platform.
  • Proven experience in developing Go-To-Market Strategies, Market Segmentation, and Product development.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, engaging and dynamic leadership skills, and a bias for action.
