The Community Engagement Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating the activities of team members, daily operations, and resources within the property to meet defined financial and operational objectives. This position ensures adherence to company policies, Fair Housing regulations, and other relevant guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate the property budget by evaluating financial reports and marketing data.
- Establish rental rates, manage fee collections, and generate financial documentation.
- Authorize vendor payments and maintain effective communication.
- Supervise the lease enforcement process and manage late fee collections.
- Assess market dynamics and execute marketing initiatives.
- Enhance resident satisfaction and resolve service-related concerns.
- Conduct property evaluations to uphold safety and aesthetic standards.
- Lead property personnel, including hiring and training staff.
- Manage client and owner relationships while providing regular updates.
- Prepare various reports and undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in property management. Strong communication, analytical, and mathematical skills are essential. Familiarity with property management software is also necessary.
Supervisory Duties:
Responsible for hiring, guiding, and managing team members and specialists.
Work Environment:
Office setting with exposure to outdoor elements. Physical requirements include standing, walking, and lifting.
