Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leasing homes by utilizing sales skills and providing property information. You will also process rental applications for Single Family homes in Oregon, prepare and perform lease signings with new tenants, and maintain marketing, advertising, and notification of available properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lease homes by utilizing sales skills and providing property information.
  • Process rental applications for Single Family homes in Oregon.
  • Prepare and perform lease signings with new tenants.
  • Maintain marketing, advertising, and notification of available properties.
  • Manage property workflows and maintain proper owner and resident document filings.
  • Perform tenant move-in inspections and report any issues.
  • Enter work order requests and handle tenant maintenance requests, coordinating with Property Manager.
  • Track delinquency accounts, perform rent collection calls, and post collection notices.
  • Communicate with current rental references and manage written communication.
  • Coordinate property maintenance and reconditioning during move-in inspections.
  • Stay updated on Oregon Landlord-Tenant Laws and ensure compliance with maintenance and notices.
  • Manage notices to vacate and all move-out paperwork.
  • Show properties by appointment during vacancies.
  • Assist with new business paperwork and processing as needed.
  • Act as the primary contact for tenant calls and backup contact for owner calls.
  • Assist with tenant evictions following Property Manager's directions.
