Eaton's AER HQ Headquarters division is currently seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Lead Manufacturing Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing engineering and experience working with additive manufacturing technologies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining best manufacturing, processing, and inspection techniques for additively manufactured products. They will work closely with internal customers, engineers, and AM process specialists to develop and optimize additive manufacturing designs, write procedures, and implement continuous improvements projects.

The role will also involve collaborating with design, additive engineers, and technicians to develop and optimize additive manufacturing designs and processes. The candidate will be responsible for introducing new additive products in production, researching and justifying new manufacturing processes, and supporting the development and execution of overall manufacturing strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited institution and at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering supporting production. They will also have strong written and verbal communication skills, leadership and teaming skills, and analytical and reasoning skills.
