- Key Responsibilities:
- • Greet guests and handle check-in and check-out efficiently, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience for all visitors.
- • Manage reservations and provide information on room availability and rates, utilizing strong communication skills to address any questions or concerns.
- • Answer phone calls and respond to guest queries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- • Handle guest complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner, resolving conflicts and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- • Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- • Assign rooms to Housekeeping staff and conduct regular room verification checks to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met.
- • Maintain cleanliness and order in the reception area, including the coffee bar, and inform the office of any shortages or insufficiencies of inventory for replacement.
- • Follow safety and quality policies and procedures, and perform other related duties as assigned.
