Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at the South Carolina State Government. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the administrative duties and activities of the Business Office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate the administrative duties and activities of the Business Office.
  • Greet and direct patients and visitors, and notify staff of patient arrival.
  • Collect and verify patient information and insurances.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, and schedule/reschedule appointments using EMR.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
