Student Services Program Coordinator I

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Program Coordinator for Student Services to join our team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support for all dual enrollment activities, including articulation, admissions, and retention. This is a temporary, part-time position.
Key Responsibilities- Provide new dual enrollment student admissions advising and verify students are placed in appropriate courses to earn high school credit as well as credits toward their college degree.
- Assist prospective dual enrollment students with the Piedmont Technical College Dual Enrollment application and registration process.
- Provide academic progress reports to partnering school officials for each Dual Enrollment student within assigned territories.
- Assist with other department responsibilities as assigned by the director.
- Bachelor's degree required with a minimum of two years of full-time experience in an educational environment.
- Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree.
