Compliance and Reporting Specialist

Insero Talent Solutions is recruiting a Senior Accountant to support our financial operations.
The successful candidate will possess strong technical skills in accounting and financial analysis, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Maintain the general ledger and perform account reconciliations
- Assist with budget preparation and variance analysis
- Collaborate with the Controller to develop and implement financial strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- CPA or CMA certification preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 per year.
