Job Title: Information Security Compliance Specialist

Prestige Consumer Healthcare, a leading company in the over-the-counter healthcare and women's health categories, is seeking an experienced Information Security Compliance Specialist to join its Emerge Talent Cloud team. As an integral part of the IT department, this role will be responsible for ensuring that all IT policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in information security, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance: Work closely with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley regulations.
  • IT Policy Development: Develop and maintain up-to-date IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Cyber Security Training: Manage the company's cyber security training program, including fake phishing attacks and employee training sessions.
  • Vendor Security Compliance: Manage vendor security compliance audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Global IT SOPs: Maintain and update Global IT Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency across the organization.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in information security, preferably in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of NIST CSF compliance, cloud compliance, and vendor management.

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per annum. Note: This salary range is estimated based on industry standards and may vary depending on location and other factors.
