Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Compliance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns, as well as assisting with client books, records, and operational consulting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns.
  • Advise clients on internal financial matters, including budgeting, analytical analysis, and key decision-making metrics.
  • Stay current with tax laws and developments.
  • Assist in staff development and training.
  • Evaluate and implement entity and individual tax planning opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree/MBA with CPA or CPA eligible.
  • Experience with corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns.
  • Strong presentation, client-facing, and communication skills.
  • Proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in tax compliance and preparation within public accounting.
  • Excellent research skills utilizing resources like CCH, RIA Checkpoint, and BNA.
  • Proficiency with accounting software, including QuickBooks.
