Job Summary

Nuvance Health is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Manager RN to oversee the daily operations in a home setting, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services to patients. This role requires strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of medical management practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate all services rendered to patients and families by direct service staff under their supervision.
  • Supervise assigned nursing staff in the delivery of services to patients and families consistent with standards of clinical practice.
  • Assign priorities to new referrals consistent with Agency policy and standards of clinical practice.
  • Determine a workable case load for staff members using appropriate guides and criteria.
  • Participate in or develop all agency objectives, standards of care, policies, and procedures affecting clinical services.
  • Evaluate clinical competence of assigned nursing staff and participate with appropriate supervisory staff in the evaluation of other direct service staff.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of current Home Health Experience (state requirement).
  • Minimum of 3 years of Clinical Nursing experience with a BSN, 5+ years of experience with an ADN.
  • Supervisor/Management experience preferred.
  • Must have a valid driver's license, vehicle, and proof of insurance.
