**Key Responsibilities:**
* Process payroll bi-weekly and maintain accurate records
* Assist management with employee onboarding and training
* Develop and manage financial reports and spreadsheets
* Process invoices for payment and track employee time records daily

* Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and other reports as needed

**Requirements:**
* A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree or higher is preferred
* 2-3 years of experience in administrative roles
