  • Provide strategic financial counsel to executive leadership.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and a comprehensive understanding of relevant laws.

Candidate Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior capital markets position.
  • Proven success in managing debt and equity transactions.
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate, underwriting, and asset management.
  • Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience in leadership and team management.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance protocols.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics; MBA is preferred.
  • CFA or equivalent certification is advantageous.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English is preferred.
