**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage and update communication platforms (e.g., GroupMe) to ensure seamless team collaboration.
  • Assist with creating engaging social media content and monitor online interactions.
  • Develop, review, and submit accurate reports in a timely manner.
  • Collect, track, and organize receipts and expense documentation for efficient financial management.
  • Oversee office operations to maintain efficiency and productivity.
  • Welcome and check in guests professionally, while managing lobby operations.
  • Take detailed meeting notes and distribute summaries to ensure team members are informed.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and social media platforms.
  • Experience in report generation and basic data tracking is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous office administration experience is an asset.
