About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Worker to join our team at Butler Hospital. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide patient advocacy through role modeling and effective communication
  • Assist registered nurses in direct patient care, focusing on activities of daily living
  • Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment through observation, monitoring, and group interactions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a social science or comparable behavioral health experience
  • Experience working with mentally ill and/or developmentally delayed clients
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Schedule: 20/40 Part-Time Evening Shift, every other weekend
