Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Service Representative to join our team. As the face of VCA, this individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, scheduling appointments, and managing medical records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting visitors, answering telephones, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, as well as place outbound calls for follow-ups and prospective clients.
  • Present and explain fees, including processing payments, and recommend products and services.
  • Manage medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence, and maintain a clean and organized hospital environment.
Requirements
  • At least one year of proven experience in customer service or a related field.
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach to pet owners and their pets.
  • Proven decision-making skills and ability to integrate new information into problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
