About the Role

This position supports Financial Professionals in managing their day-to-day Investment practice, enhancing customer service levels, and experiences. The role may cover up to 3 Financial Professionals and does not involve sales, maintaining a book of business, or offering financial recommendations to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between registered representatives and their clients, adhering to FINRA guidelines and licensing requirements.
  • Aid registered representatives in preparing client illustrations, graphs, charts, reports, and other materials for presentations and appointments.
  • Prepare and complete client paperwork, as well as follow-up tasks to support registered representatives.
  • Engage with clients via phone, virtual visits, and in-person meetings to ensure client service level needs are met.
  • Set client financial review visits based on client service level agreements and prepare follow-up meetings as needed.
  • Organize client events and follow-up tasks.
  • Maintain an organized filing system, adhering to compliance guidelines, and support registered representatives in meeting client and prospect needs.
  • Manage the Advisor Calendar, Client Segmentation/Service Level Agreement, and follow-up processes, as well as maintain compliance guidelines and client communication notes.
  • Utilize e-signature tools and be proficient with Portfolio Access.
  • Apply the Annuity Search Tool, RightBridge, DP Maintenance, and daily paperwork maintenance to deepen the book of business based on client needs, opportunities, and a clean paperwork flow.
  • Maintain compliance guidelines, client communication notes, and Cetera standards in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with Advisors through weekly meetings to maintain Advisors Business Plan processes, tasks, marketing, and client communication expectations.

  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficient with technology, with the ability to learn (Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
