- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a veterinary hospital or similar setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lead and manage a team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent client service.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
