About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our Central South team at Workday. As a key member of our Global Customer Success team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our most strategic customers realize maximum value from their Workday investments.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive adoption and value engagements to drive customer success and growth.
  • Act as a strategic partner with customers, understanding their objectives and driving product adoption by aligning Workday's features and functionality with their business needs.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Workday services and offerings, leading to increased revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, services, and product management, to create a seamless and optimal customer experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including key executives and decision-makers, to ensure their success and satisfaction with Workday.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer success, with a proven track record of managing relationships in complex organizations.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer management within a software or SaaS environment, focusing on growth, adoption, retention, and issue resolution at both the business owner and senior executive levels.
  • Functional domain expertise with Financials (in addition to HCM/Payroll) is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to chair meetings with executive leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; Business or Technical degree preferred.
