About the Role

The Project Delivery Engineer will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of site capital projects for Unilever's Knorr factory in Independence, MO. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of capital projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and site masterplan development.
  • Develop and implement business cases for capital projects, considering safety, quality, and cost factors.
  • Collaborate with Unilever's design teams to ensure alignment with the company's design standards.
  • Provide technical support to day-to-day and reliability activities in the plant.

Requirements

  • BS in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or other relevant engineering degree.
  • 2+ years of experience in engineering, preferably in FMCG or related industries.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and collaborate effectively.
  • Project management, maintenance, or continuous improvement experience in food processing and/or utilities systems.

Unilever offers a competitive salary range of $84,400 to $126,600, with bonus and long-term incentive eligibility. Employees are also eligible to participate in our benefits plan, which includes health insurance, retirement savings benefits, life insurance, and disability benefits.
