We are searching for a results-driven and customer-centric Customer Service Lead to join our Burlington team.
**Job Description:**

As a Customer Service Lead, you will lead day-to-day customer service initiatives, inspire and motivate associates to provide top-notch customer service. You will focus on maintaining a customer-first approach while driving improvement of friendliness, speed of checkout, and customer feedback surveys.
**Key Accountabilities:**
* Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Collaborate with associates to achieve sales and service goals
