Job Summary:

Momentum Solar is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading all field marketing efforts and driving the growth of our lead generation force in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach, train, and develop team members to achieve sales goals

Develop and implement plans to grow lead generation volume and positive outcomes

Create or refine systems to support objectives and drive team success

Identify strategies to guide new rep success and drive team growth

Develop and implement manpower growth plan that supports team goals and objectives

Manage team to KPIs and objectives, ensuring a culture of winning, teamwork, and positivity

Work in collaboration across the organization to achieve sales goals

Requirements:

2+ years of canvassing or door-to-door sales experience

Leadership experience with a passion for coaching, training, and motivating others

Strong understanding of in-person scheduling techniques and professional presence

Experience creating systems that drive new agent development and growing and scaling teams

Understanding of recruiting best practices and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
