Ideal Experience Profile
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience marketing in SaaS, legal, or related environments.
  • Success in Demand Generation: Success in demand generation at a rapidly growing company (ideally in the $25M - $100M range).
  • Strong Expertise: Strong expertise in B2C and DTC marketing strategies.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Demonstrated success in optimizing customer acquisition through SEO and SEM, with a track record of reducing customer acquisition costs.
  • Marketing Budget Management: Experience managing substantial marketing budgets and developing affiliate channels.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills focused on data-driven decision-making and performance improvement.
  • Leadership: Ability to establish credibility with executive leadership and contribute to corporate strategy, particularly in relation to growth initiatives.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 5+ years of Demand Generation Marketing experience.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Lead Generation Expertise: Proven lead generation expertise and experience managing marketing campaigns.
  • People Management: Seasoned people manager with excellent people and project management skills.
  • Communication: Effective communicator (written & verbal) with all levels.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented approach.
  • Technical Proficiency: Technical proficiency: Experience with social media marketing, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, HTML, and CSS is a plus.
  • Certifications: Google AdWords and Google Analytics certifications preferred.
