Job Overview

Rocket is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of our stores, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide world-class customer service, ensuring that every customer has a positive experience in our stores.
  • Team Development: Coach and develop our store teams, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Store Operations: Assist the Store Manager in the management of store operations, including receiving merchandise, maintaining cleanliness and safety, and ensuring that our stores are well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer satisfaction, and other key metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive growth.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience as a supervisor or lead in retail or fast food.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Communication: Effective communication in English, both verbally and written.
  • Authorization: Authorized to work in the US, with flexibility to work varying shifts.
