Compensation: The Lube Technician role offers a pay scale ranging from $20.00 to $24.00 per hour.


Job Purpose: To service vehicles by identifying and fulfilling service needs while maintaining high service standards and accurate records.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform service tasks such as oil changes, tire pressure adjustments, lubrication of joints and undercarriage, filter replacements, belt testing and adjustments, fluid level checks, tire wear evaluations, and engine tuning.
  • Ensure quality service by adhering to established service standards.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by following safety protocols.
  • Document services performed by completing necessary records.
  • Enhance job knowledge through participation in training and educational opportunities.
