Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Receipt Management Analyst to join our team at Ross. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for creating and executing allocation receipt targets that drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create weekly allocation targets and develop daily goals to achieve strategic objectives
  • Communicate strategies and processes to stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution and target achievement
  • Analyze data and provide recommendations to address concerns and optimize allocation receipt targets
  • Monitor and resolve roadblocks to allocation receipt targets, ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • Complete ad-hoc analytics to support business needs and provide insights to stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferred
  • 1-2 years of equivalent work experience in a related field
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Efficient verbal and written communication skills
  • Retail math and software experience, a plus
