Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Care Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our physicians, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls, greeting patients, handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, maintaining medical records, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and physicians
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Coordinate appointments and scheduling
- Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of medical software
