Job Summary

Aerotek is seeking a skilled Non-Destructive Testing Technician to conduct quality weld inspections using various methods in line with industry standards and specific contract requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft comprehensive data reports to ensure accurate documentation of inspection results.
  • Prepare quality plans to ensure adherence to industry standards and contract requirements.
  • Inspect and test reports to ensure compliance with quality control procedures.
  • Review and certify final documentation for customers to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Set up and perform NDT test procedures to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
  • Interpret specifications for NDT testing and acceptance/rejection criteria to ensure accurate results.
Requirements
  • VT (Visual Testing) expertise.
  • MP (Magnetic Particle) testing skills.
  • PT (Penetrant Testing) proficiency.
  • UT (Ultrasonic Testing) knowledge.
  • RT (Radiographic Testing) experience.
  • NDT Level II or above certification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent team support and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
